4 Months 22lbs Down
Paul had lost 15lbs on his own and signed up on plan to get some routine and to keep the weightloss going . Had to readjust things a couple of times with food and exercise to get the right balance and that’s really helped . He’s loving the walks and enjoys not having to restrict himself too much . Celebrated his daughters 25th Birthday with a good few cocktails and weight still dropped a couple of lbs that week 🎉
If things are in balance you will get results .
