16 Weeks - 3 Stone Down

Signing off 3 Stone lighter !!! Paul had done 4 weeks on his own and then 16 weeks with me . He’s surprised at how his body shape has changed from just getting his walks in and keeping portions good . He’s found a way of losing weight and still being able to enjoy his Gin and meals out . What a result !!!!! His wife wasn’t officially on plan but has followed him with for some of the time and has dropped 13lbs !!! 😀❤️👊🏼🌎🏋🏼‍♂️

4 Months - 22lbs Down

Paul had lost 15lbs on his own and signed up on plan to get some routine and to keep the weight loss going . Had to readjust things a couple of times with food and exercise to get the right balance and that’s really helped . He’s loving the walks and enjoys not having to restrict himself too much . Celebrated his daughters 25th Birthday with a good few cocktails and weight still dropped a couple of lbs that week 🎉 If things are in balance you will get results .
“When I started I was 19st 4lbs, when I started on your plan I was 18st 5lbs so total loss is 37lbs in 4 months. That’s ok plus Nike are winning as I am wearing out trainers every 4 months too.” 😀❤️👊🏼🌎🏋🏼‍♂️
