12 weeks on plan and now transferred over to the M+
The difference with this plan is the daily communication. If you aren’t sure about something or just need help with motivation it’s there! No confusing methods and no guilt. Peta is over the moon with her loss after struggling for so long to find something, she’s finding the plan sustainable and got her enjoying walks.
Read about the plan on FB and after reading all the comments and results decided to give it a shot. Having been on the usual slimming diets and failed or put it back on I didn’t hold out much hope but thought I would give it a try. And I am so glad I did! Right from the start Ben has always been there with pep talks, encouragement and guidance. I wasn’t made to feel guilty if I had a slip up, just move on. Took a while to get used to walking as not a fan but really enjoy it now and is part of my daily routine. The results I am seeing are great- Thanks Ben for all your help.
