12 Weeks 24lbs weight loss
In January Pete decided it was
time to sort his eating habits out and lose some weight
. Managed to get 17lbs off and then hit a wall. He was then introduced to the plan by
and he decided to go for it.
12 weeks completed and he’s signed for another 12 to keep it going.
Still enjoyed the odd takeaway and we have adjusted things where we needed to. Smashing this !

the first few pounds is ok but you always hit a wall or pile back on, your plan sorts that.
