Great example of how you can still keep some control in and get results with a busy social life. We changed the days up to work around meals out and there was no guilt involved!
Introduced walks to get activity up without and Rachel is now ready to sign off and self manage.
I started this diet as I’d been overeating and not exercising as much and I needed something simple.
The plan is really easy to follow and Ben is always there for any support and advice.
Very happy with my results and will be continuing with what I have learnt
