16 Weeks 31lbs weight loss
Haven’t got a full length after but as you can imagine at 31lbs down there is a big difference.
Completed 16 weeks on plan now and she’s still loving it.
Holiday in the summer and we sailed through, no guilt, no unrealistic expectations just kept active and enjoyed herself.
We work hard on this plan to keep people from getting angry at themselves for enjoying a birthday or a holiday because of how it might look on the scales.
If you’re on track most the time you don’t need to punish yourself or panic when some weeks are a bit off track.
We are so close to getting down the next number on the scales.
