Wanted to lose some weight that she couldn’t get off. Had talked a bit about the changes we should make then signed up on plan. Steps were very high daily but water intake was really low. Small adjustments and a couple of emotional breakdowns from someone incredibly hard on herself. We worked on this as it was at this point she would fall off plan for a day or two previously. Understanding that it’s normal to have bad days and you just got to roll with it does not cost you your results!!
