We made sure Rebekah was ready to start on plan after having her baby and she got the OK from her doctor . 8 weeks on and in a much better routine with eating and can pick it up herself when she’s starting to over eat and pulls it back .
She knows how to fit the plan around days out and keeps the walking up .
‘Its been so easy to follow , I’ve managed to still socialise, go out for meals and drink gin whilst be on plan. It definitely doesn’t feel like the standard diets you go on the whole family are eating the dinner time meals. I’m far from where I want to be but when you see result every week keeps you heading the right way!’
