We set up a plan to fit with all the above and then introduced a few new foods along the way.
Warned me he would be one of the fussier clients I’ve had but we got to a happy balance and he’s learnt how to eat to keep the weight off .
Won’t lie he had a couple of frustrating weeks where he wasn’t happy with the weekly loss but we got past the expectations and just focused on making the right choices and everything else would follow .
He’s now added in PT sessions and is self managing food .
Feeling much better in himself !
