Got in touch for some help with weight loss. Ryan was smashing it in the gym but wasn’t getting results. So we got his food right and rather than lifting we got him out walking and the weight has dropped off him each week since then.
Good point to make about Ryans success on plan is he sends everything he eats, he walks and if he has a few beers or meals slightly off plan he lets me know and then we will up exercise or tweak meals.
