4 Weeks - A lot of progress

Food Plan

4 weeks into Food Plan and with and a lot of progress has been made. Working on chasing the feeling, putting the changes in place that will then add up to big results. Using scales as a guide but not obsessing over the numbers.

Sam has signed up again so the next 4 weeks we will continue to smash the walks and pt sessions…watch this space.
