So we reduced that exercise that right down. Focus is getting good right and walking, then increase the activity. When I explain this to people they often aren’t sure it will work but look at Sarah. She listened and 4 weeks in she’s seeing and feeling the result.
I had heard about the plan from a friend, and heard how much she had lost. I was struggling with my weight despite being a really active person in crossfit, gym, powerlifting and cycling. I would go through spats of using fitness tracking apps lose a point or two and stop again. Tapping and tracking was becoming exhausting. I knew portion size was a problem, not necessarily what I was eating.
Ben and the team have been amazing, holding me accountable through each meal. Even through the wobbly days, it has been a great support. Even walling to town now to pickup groceries! I am really pleased with the results so far and looking forward to the next four weeks!”
