Tried this skirt on at the beginning of summer and it was too tight , not anymore !! Put a plan in place of what food to eat when , portions right and stopped picking throughout the day . Also made sure she got her walks in around working . Some days she would split them into 2 shorter walks if that’s all she had time for but stuck with it and also done some home workouts . Completed 4 weeks on plan and now going in to self manage food . 4 weeks 7lb down 😀
