Sarah Iles pt Dawid Zoltaszek Finally getting ground to signing up after many chats about getting her food sorted! Training was spot on but just needed a tweak here and there and a lock put on the wine fridge at the weekends. Gin became drink of choice and walking has now become habit! I can’t recommended this plan enough, I honestly though my belly was never going to budge have tried so many different things. The plan is easy to follow, you don’t have to cut out food you love completely and Ben helps you every step of the way. 8 weeks in and 1 stone down the belly is finally shifting, I’ve still got a little way to go but am so happy with the changes so far.
