Smashing the plan to bits! Enjoying life at the same time! Weighed in this morning and he’s very happy!!! Happy as Larry .... from 19.98 to 17.5 . I’m going to enjoy this weekend (sensibly) and then get back in the horse Monday . So chuffed man .... so chuffed. Thank you mate from the bottom of my heart. 12 weeks! 2 stone 9lbs. Killing it!!!
