4 Weeks 17lbs weight loss

Sheldon decided it was time to hand himself in and get some weight off. We set his plan together and made a few changes to suit his daily routine. Got him on some walks and took back some control with his portions.
Making a few simple changes like prepping food to take fishing with him is all helping.
Still got to enjoy a takeaway without labelling it a ‘cheat meal’ or being made to feel like he’s done something wrong.
