Signing off after a great 12 weeks !
During this sign up we have worked on Sonia’s relationship with food. We noticed the stressful weeks had an effect on food and activity so we tried to keep the balance not dwell or feel guilty just getting straight back to it the next day. Looking forward to updates progress updates 💪🏼
I’ve loved doing 1,2,3,4. It’s simple and easy to follow. Ben is straight talking and makes sense. I’ve enjoyed the walking (who knew!!), I’m obsessed with weetabix for lunch and now know when my portions are getting too big. I’ve really enjoyed this diet, after doing quite a lot of other diets, this is definitely the best by a long way. Thanks Ben and team 🤩🤩
