Told me how it was on first meeting. I’m eating and drinking way too much and at my age I need to do something about it…so he did. Grasped plan immediately and never looked back, not once. Did 8 weeks with just walking and then hit the gym for 2×30 min pt sessions lifting. 8 weeks of that and he is a different person commenting on the positive affect it has had in all aspects of his life. Self manages food now and is loving the gym.
