12 Weeks 29.5lbs weight loss
New job saw a change in Tyler’s routine and he was over eating and not moving as much. Plays football and does some 1 to 1 boxing so we put a plan together on food.
Some days it was grabbing something from a shop so he just made the best choices with what was available.
Added some walking in and just look at the results !!
I started putting a lot of weight on when I started a new job as I was just eating loads and not as active. Since I started my eating habits have got a lot better and now I know how much I should actually be eating I’ll find it easy to maintain it.
I couldn’t recommend this plan enough to anyone who wants to lose some weight and eat healthier.
Ben was a massive help the whole way through.
