It makes me very happy when someone gets what they never thought possible and whilst doing that finds a love for the gym and the newfound confidence it brings. Zoe has gone through the full process. Lost weight on plan first, instilled a sensible approach to eating by implementing the 3 meals and a snack a day.
Then we hit the gym! Increased food, got some help from Becky McCormack taking care of Zoe’s cardio through her lofu class and two weights sessions a week for 30 mins!
Super happy for her man!! Been great fun too!
