So this week on the 1234 plan Ben interviewed some of our members. He talked about their experience on the plan, how much weight they had lost & how much they had kept off. First up Tara Lee Next Ben did a question-answer round with Michael Mills. He comes to us after Dr appointment said he was pre-diabetic. In the clear now and a completely different outlook on food and exercise. We are glad to share his experience, hope his 1234 Food Plan journey will give some real motivation to you too. And here comes Ben’s one of fav Louise Williams, she recorded her experience at home and did the whole of it in a crazy way…… This is the first of a few we will be putting up over the next week

Chase the feeling not the number! If you have lost weight and then put a tiny bit on one week it doesn’t matter! It’s normal! Don’t let that number distract you from what you have already achieved! It’s a process! Be consistent! Be happy! Understand it!
