Denise Fitzpatrick-Cox II 8 weeks – 36lbs down !!!!! Denise got in touch 8 weeks ago and as a self confessed yo-yo dieter she was ready to find a plan that she could stick to. She had been following the results of other clients and thought it was something she could do. We had a chat over FaceTime and got her started. She has done so well , sits at a desk for work so makes sure she gets some activity in during her lunch hour. Enjoyed a holiday. Had meals out but stuck to portions and made the most of the scenery by getting some good walks in.
