On 21st.Oct 2020 Wesley will complete his day 300 with #1234FoodPlan!!! 28stone 4lbs down to 21stone 10lbs!!!!! Total loss 92lbs! Rib injury has slowed us but he still lost another 2lbs the last three weeks! Now time to hit the gym for the last 65 days! Twice a week only! He said…… Remember 299 days ago when you started me on my 1234 food plan journey… and now I’m well on my way to saving my life, gaining years with my family and being so much healthier with a respectful relationship with food. Who would have thought it? You 🤣🙌🏻 love you man.
